EcoFIX Challenge 2023
Attention all young designers and innovators! MOBIE has teamed up with renowned international architecture practice Grimshaw and global construction and consultancy business Mace to launch an exciting new challenge. This challenge invites young people from across the UK to unleash their creativity and imagine ingenious ways to upgrade our existing homes or repurpose old or vacant buildings to help us reduce our impact on the climate and save precious resources.
How to Get Strated with the Challenge
The Eco-Fix challenge is all about saving energy, reducing costs, and creating comfortable and affordable places to live. By exploring ways to make our homes more energy and resource-efficient, reduce carbon emissions, and protect ourselves against climate change, young people have the opportunity to make a real difference in the world.
But that's not all - To help you get started, we are also offering a series of webinars to support participants in the challenge. These webinars will provide guidance and inspiration on everything from sustainable design principles to practical tips for making homes eco-friendly. And don't forget to check back regularly, as more videos will be added to provide ongoing support and inspiration for your Eco-Fix designs.
